Xero is cloud accounting for small business — contacts, invoices, bills, payments and the chart of accounts.

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Xero API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Create contactCreate (or update) a Contact (POST /Contacts).
  • Create invoiceCreate (or update) an Invoice (POST /Invoices).
  • Create paymentCreate a Payment against an invoice (POST /Payments).
  • Get contactRead one Xero Contact by its ContactID GUID — the lookup to run before raising an invoice against a customer or supplier, since it confirms the name, billing email and whether the contact is still ACTIVE.
  • Get invoiceRead one Xero Invoice by its InvoiceID GUID to see what was billed and where the invoice has got to.
  • Get organisationRetrieve the authorised organisation profile (GET /Organisation).
  • List accountsList Accounts (chart of accounts), optionally filtered (GET /Accounts?where=<filter>).
