Generic API request. Call any Whoop API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Get profileGet the basic profile of the member the connection is authenticated as (GET user/profile/basic).
  • List cyclesRead the connected member's physiological cycles — Whoop's day-like unit that strain and recovery are scored against, carrying day strain, energy in kilojoules, heart rate and step count.
  • List recoveryRead the connected member's recovery scores — recovery percent, resting heart rate, HRV (RMSSD), SpO2 and skin temperature — each tied back to the cycle and sleep it was computed from; reach for it to correlate recovery against training load.
  • List sleepRead the connected member's sleep activities, naps included, with stage durations, sleep need, performance and efficiency — for charting sleep history or feeding a recovery analysis.
  • List workoutsRead the connected member's logged workouts with sport name, strain, heart rate, energy in kilojoules and distance — the source for training-load reporting.
