Generic API request. Call any Whereby API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • List recordingsBrowse the cloud recordings on the Whereby account to find a recordingId, see which room session produced it, and check how large the file is before downloading.
  • List room sessionsList room sessions from Whereby insights (GET /insights/room-sessions).

Triggers

  • New recordingStarts when a new call recording finishes processing and becomes available in the connected Whereby account.
  • New room sessionStarts when a Whereby video call room session finishes, so a workflow can react to who was on the call and how long it ran.
  • Recording finished (webhook)Starts when a room recording finishes processing and is ready to download, delivered by a webhook instead of polling recordings for new entries.
