Userflow

Userflow drives in-product onboarding — flows, the end users going through them, and the groups (accounts or companies) they belong to.

Authentication

  • API key

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Userflow API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Get userRetrieve a single Userflow end user by id (GET /users/{userId}).
  • List flowsBrowse the onboarding flows configured in Userflow, to find the flow id you start for a user or report on.
  • List groupsBrowse the groups (accounts or companies) tracked in Userflow, to map a company back to the group id that memberships and attributes hang off.
  • List usersBrowse the end users Userflow is tracking, so you can find a user id or email address before checking or triggering their onboarding flows.

Triggers

  • New userStarts when a new end-user is synchronized into the connected Userflow account.
