Generic API request. Call any Turso API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• List groupsList the Turso groups in the organization.
• List membersList the people who have access to the Turso organization together with their role — reach for it to audit who can administer the databases.
