Actions

Generic API request. Call any Trengo API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • List contactsBrowse the contacts in the Trengo workspace to find a contact id, or the identifier (email address or phone number) a conversation is addressed to.
  • List teamsList the teams in the Trengo workspace — the discovery step for a team id when routing or assigning a ticket.
  • List ticketsBrowse the tickets in the Trengo inbox to see what is open and to find a ticket id to act on.
  • Send ticket messageSend a message on a Trengo ticket as the user the connection's token belongs to.

Triggers

  • Customer messages (webhook)Answers as an agent in Trengo: when a customer writes on a ticket, the agent sends a reply on that ticket's channel.
  • New or updated ticketStarts when a ticket is created or changes in Trengo.
  • Ticket activity (webhook)Starts when a subscribed ticket event (assigned, closed, reopened, labeled, a new message, and others) happens in Trengo, delivered by a webhook instead of polling the ticket list.
