Generic API request. Call any Swell API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path and query are yours to fill.

  • Get productRead one Swell catalog product by its id, normally taken from swell:listproducts.
  • List categoriesBrowse the storefront categories in a Swell store — the usual way to find a category id or slug for merchandising and navigation work.
  • List ordersBrowse the orders in a Swell store to find an order id, its human-facing order number or its grand total — for example before reconciling payments or answering a customer query.
  • List productsBrowse the products in a Swell store to discover a product id for swell:getproduct, or to read current names and prices in bulk.
