SmartRecruiters is an applicant tracking system: job postings, the candidates who apply to them, and the hiring pipeline in between.

Actions

Generic API request. Call any SmartRecruiters API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• Get candidateRead one candidate's full record by id - name and the rest of the applicant profile - after locating them with List candidates or picking an id off a job application.
• Get jobRead one job posting by id to check its title and status (PUBLISHED, ...) before routing applications to it or linking to it.
• List candidatesList candidates in the company (GET /candidates), with optional pagination.
• List job applicationsList candidates who applied to a job (GET /jobs/{jobId}/candidates), with optional pagination.
• List jobsList jobs in the company (GET /jobs), with optional pagination and free-text search.

Triggers

• New or updated application for a jobStarts when a candidate's application to a specific job is created or updated in the connected SmartRecruiters account.
• New or updated candidateStarts when a candidate is added or updated in SmartRecruiters, so recruiting workflows can react to profile changes.
• New or updated jobStarts when a job posting is created or updated in the connected SmartRecruiters account.
