Simplesat is a customer-satisfaction survey tool: it sends CSAT/NPS/CES surveys and collects the responses.

Generic API request. Call any Simplesat API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • List answersList the survey answers (customer satisfaction responses) collected on the Simplesat account, for a CSAT report or to pull recent verbatim feedback.
  • List questionsList the survey questions configured on the Simplesat account, to resolve a question to the id that answers are reported against.
  • List teammatesList teammates (agents that can be attributed to survey responses) via GET /teammates.
