ShipBob is order fulfillment and inventory management for e-commerce.

Generic API request. Call any ShipBob API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Get inventoryList inventory items and their on-hand quantities (GET /inventory).
  • Get orderRead one fulfillment order's current state by its ShipBob id - the check behind has it shipped yet, since the record carries ordernumber, status (e.g. Processing) and purchasedate.
  • List ordersList orders for the account (GET /order).
  • List productsList products in the catalog (GET /product).

Triggers

  • New orderStarts when a new order is created on the connected ShipBob account.
  • Order shipped (webhook)Starts when ShipBob ships an order, delivered by a webhook instead of polling for a status change.
