ServiceM8 is field-service management software: clients, the jobs dispatched to technicians, and the staff who do the work.

Generic API request. Call any ServiceM8 API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path and query are yours to fill.

• List clientsList the clients (companies) on the ServiceM8 account, each with its uuid, name and contact details - the uuid is what identifies a client on a job everywhere else in ServiceM8.
• List jobsList the jobs on the ServiceM8 account - the work orders dispatched to field staff - each with its uuid, jobaddress and status (e.g. Work Order, Quote).
• List staffList the staff members on the ServiceM8 account, each with its uuid, name and email - the uuid is what assigns a job to a technician.

Triggers

• New or updated clientStarts when a client is created or its details change in the connected ServiceM8 account.
• New or updated jobStarts when a job is created or updated in ServiceM8.
• New or updated staff memberStarts when a staff member is added or their record changes in the connected ServiceM8 account.
