Sendcloud is a shipping platform that sits between a shop and a mix of carriers — parcels get labels, tracking and status updates through it.

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Sendcloud API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path and query are yours to fill.

  • Get parcelRead one parcel's current shipping state by id - typically to answer where is my order, since the record carries the recipient name and a status object whose message is human-readable (e.g. Ready to send).
  • List parcelsList the parcels (shipments) created or imported under the connected Sendcloud credentials, each with its id, recipient name and status block.
  • List sender addressesList sender addresses configured on the Sendcloud account (GET /user/addresses/sender).
  • List shipping methodsList shipping methods available on the Sendcloud account (GET /shippingmethods).

Triggers

  • New or updated parcelStarts when a parcel is created or its status changes in the connected Sendcloud account.
  • Parcel status changedStarts when Sendcloud delivers a parcel-status-changed webhook because a parcel belonging to the connected integration shifts to a different status.
