Sendblue

Sendblue is an iMessage and SMS API: you rent phone numbers from it, send messages to individuals and group chats over Apple's network, and receive replies back on a webhook.

Generic API request. Call any Sendblue API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Create contact (v1)File a number in the connected account's contact book (POST /api/v2/contacts).

Triggers

  • Message received (webhook)Starts the moment someone sends an iMessage, SMS or group message to one of the account's Sendblue lines, delivered by Sendblue's receive webhook.
  • Messages to your lineAnswers as an agent over iMessage or SMS: when someone messages one of the account's Sendblue lines, directly or in a group, the agent replies in that chat.
