Generic API request. Call any Retently API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • List campaignsList the NPS and CSAT campaigns configured in Retently - to resolve a campaign name to its id, or to see which channel (email, web, ...) each one surveys through.
  • List customersList the customers Retently holds for surveying, e.g. to reconcile your own user list against who is actually being surveyed.
  • List feedbackPull the survey responses customers have submitted - each carrying an NPS score and a free-text comment - so a workflow can route detractors, alert on low scores or summarize sentiment.

  • New customerStarts when a new customer is added to the connected Retently account.
  • New feedbackStarts when a customer submits new NPS or CSAT feedback in Retently, so a workflow can react to fresh survey responses.
