Recruiting

Recruitee

Recruitee is an applicant tracking system: a company posts offers (job openings), candidates apply to them, and recruiters move those candidates through a hiring pipeline.

Authentication

  • API key

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Recruitee API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Create candidateCreate a candidate (POST candidates).
  • Get candidateRead one candidate's full profile by numeric id - name, email addresses and the rest of the record - after locating them with List candidates or picking an id out of a hiring event.
  • Get offerRead one job opening (Recruitee calls it an offer) by numeric id, e.g. to check its title and whether it is still published before routing candidates to it.
  • List candidatesList candidates in the company (GET candidates), with optional paging and a search query.
  • List departmentsList the company's departments - the grouping that jobs and offers are filed under - typically to resolve a department name to the numeric id other Recruitee calls take.
  • List offersList offers (jobs) in the company (GET offers), with optional kind and scope filters.

Triggers

  • Candidate created (webhook)Starts when Recruitee delivers a newcandidate webhook for an applied or added candidate.
  • New candidateStarts when a new candidate applies or is added in Recruitee, so a workflow can react to fresh applications.
  • Offer publishedStarts when a Recruitee job offer (listing) is published and goes live.
