Power BI
Power BI is Microsoft's business-intelligence service: workspaces holding datasets (semantic models), the reports and dashboards built on them, and the refreshes that keep them current.

Actions
Generic API request. Call any Power BI REST API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet — refresh schedules, dataflows, apps, capacities, gateways, deployment pipelines or report cloning. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and…
- Add rows to push datasetAppend rows to a table of a push dataset — the way to stream records from a workflow into Power BI for a real-time dashboard.
- Download exported fileFetch the file an export job produced, once powerbi:getexportstatus reports status Succeeded.
- Export report to fileStart exporting a report to a file — PDF, PowerPoint or PNG for a Power BI report, and also Excel, Word, CSV, XML, MHTML or accessible PDF for a paginated report.
- Get datasetRead one dataset (semantic model): its name, owner, storage mode, whether it can be refreshed or take pushed rows, and its web URL.
- Get export statusCheck an export job started by powerbi:exportreport.
- Get refresh historyRead a dataset's refresh history, newest first — the way to learn whether a refresh started by powerbi:refreshdataset (or a schedule) finished, failed or is still running.
- Get reportRead one report: its name, type (Power BI or paginated), the dataset it reads and its web and embed URLs.
- List dashboard tilesList the tiles pinned to one dashboard, with the report and dataset each tile comes from.
- List dashboardsList the dashboards in one workspace, or in the signed-in user's My workspace when no workspace is given.
- List datasetsList the datasets (semantic models) in one workspace, or in the signed-in user's My workspace when no workspace is given.
- List push dataset tablesList the tables of a push dataset — one created through the API with addRowsAPIEnabled true — so a table name can be picked for powerbi:addrows.
- List reportsList the reports in one workspace, or in the signed-in user's My workspace when no workspace is given — both Power BI reports and paginated reports.
- List workspacesList the Power BI workspaces (groups) the signed-in user can open, so a workspace name can be turned into the groupId the dataset, report and dashboard actions take.
- Refresh datasetDestructiveStart a data refresh of an Import-mode dataset — the step to run after the source data changed, so reports show current numbers.
- Run DAX queryDestructiveRun one DAX query against a dataset (semantic model) and get the result rows back as JSON — the way to pull figures out of Power BI into a workflow, such as EVALUATE SUMMARIZECOLUMNS('Date'[Year], "Sales", [Total Sales]).
