Podio
Podio is Citrix's work-management tool: organizations hold workspaces (spaces), spaces hold apps, and apps hold items — the rows people actually work on.
Authentication
- OAuth 2.0
Actions
Generic API request. Call any Podio API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.
- Get itemRead one Podio item — a single row inside an app — by its numeric item id, typically to resolve an id from a webhook back into its content.
- Get organizationRead one Podio organization by id to recover its name and workspace URL — the top of Podio's hierarchy, above spaces and apps.
- Get user statusGet the status and profile of the user the connection is authenticated as (GET user/status).
- List itemsList the items held in one Podio app - the way to discover item ids, since Podio addresses items only by id and podio:getitem needs one.
- List organization spacesList the workspaces (spaces) on one Podio organization — the missing step between podio:listorganizations and podio:listspaceapps, since apps and items are addressed per space.
- List organizationsList all organizations the authenticated user is a member of (GET org/).
- List space appsList the apps configured in one Podio workspace (space) — the step before reading items, since every item belongs to an app.
Triggers
- New itemStarts when a new item is created in the chosen Podio app.
