Planhat is a customer-success platform: it tracks companies (customer accounts), the end users at those companies, and the internal team users who manage them.

Generic API request. Call any Planhat API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• List companiesList the companies (customer accounts) in the connected Planhat tenant - the entry point for customer-success reporting, since Planhat hangs users, licences and metrics off a company.
• List end usersList the end users (the individual contacts at customer accounts) in the connected Planhat tenant, to resolve an email to the id that activity and NPS writes take.
• List usersList internal team users in the Planhat tenant (GET /users).

Triggers

• New or updated companyStarts when a company is created or updated in the connected Planhat account, polling the companies endpoint sorted newest-updated-first.
• New or updated end userStarts when an end user is created or its properties change in the connected Planhat account.
• New or updated userStarts when a team user is created or its properties change in the connected Planhat account.
