Generic API request. Call any PagerTree API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • List alertsList the alerts raised on the connected PagerTree account, for an on-call queue or an incident review.
  • List teamsList the teams defined on the connected PagerTree account, so an alert can be routed to a team or a report scoped to one.
  • List usersList the users on the connected PagerTree account, so an alert can be assigned or an on-call rotation attributed to a person.

  • Alert created (webhook)Starts the instant PagerTree creates a new alert, delivered by the alert.created outgoing-webhook event.
  • New alertStarts when a new alert is raised in PagerTree, so a workflow can react to incidents as they are triggered.
