Generic API request. Call any Neon API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• Get projectRead one Neon Postgres project by id — the entry point for a project, since branches, endpoints and databases all hang off it.
• List branchesList the branches of one Neon project, so a connection string or a compute endpoint can be pinned to the right branch.
• List projectsList the Neon projects owned by the authenticated account (GET /projects).

• New or updated branchStarts when a branch in a chosen Neon project is created or its state changes.
