HiBob (Bob) is an HR system of record — employee profiles, the company's named lists, and time off.

Generic API request. Call any HiBob API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• Get person fields (v1)Retrieve the company people-field metadata definitions (GET /company/people/fields).
• Get profile (v1)Retrieve a single employee profile by its id (GET /people/{employeeId}).
• List named lists (v1)List the company named lists — the dropdown value sets (employment type, department, site, …) that people fields draw from.
• List people (v2)Search the Bob employee directory and return every person the connection can see, each with id, display name and work email under body.employees.
• List profiles (v1)List employee profiles on the HiBob account (GET /profiles).
• List time off requests (v2)List time off requests awaiting action or recorded for employees (GET /timeoff/requests).

Triggers

• New or updated time off requestStarts when a time off request is created, updated, or canceled in HiBob.
• Time off requested (webhook)Starts when an employee submits a new time-off request in HiBob, delivered by a webhook instead of polling the time-off request list.
