Actions
Generic API request. Call any HelpCrunch API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.
- Create messagePost a message into a HelpCrunch chat — an agent's reply the customer sees (type message), or a private note only agents see.
- List agentsList the support agents on the connected HelpCrunch account — the staff side of the inbox, as opposed to the customers (helpcrunch:listcustomers) they talk to.
- List chatsBrowse the conversations in the connected HelpCrunch inbox — reach for it to survey what is still open, or to find a chat id to quote downstream.
- List customersList customers in the HelpCrunch account (GET /customers).
Triggers
- Chat created or changed (webhook)Starts when HelpCrunch delivers a chat lifecycle webhook event — created, status changed, assigned, snoozed, closed or rated — instead of polling the chat list.
- Customer chatsAnswers as an agent in HelpCrunch: when a customer writes in a chat, the agent replies in that chat as the HelpCrunch agent you choose.
- Customer message received (webhook)Starts the instant a customer sends a chat message or an email in HelpCrunch, delivered by the message.chat.customer and message.email.customer webhook events.
- New customerStarts when a new customer is created in HelpCrunch, detected by its created timestamp advancing past the stored cursor on each poll.
- New customer (webhook)Starts when HelpCrunch delivers a customer.new webhook event for a newly added customer, instead of polling the customer list.
- New or updated chatStarts when a chat is opened or receives a new message in HelpCrunch, detected by polling the account's chat list sorted by most recent activity.
