Communication

Groove

Groove is a help desk: mailboxes route incoming conversations into tickets, and customers are the people on the other end of them.

Authentication

  • API key

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Groove API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Create messageAdd a message to a Groove ticket (POST /tickets/{ticketnumber}/messages): a reply, or a private note when note is true.
  • List customersList help desk customers (GET /customers), optionally paged.
  • List mailboxesList the mailboxes in the Groove help desk — the inboxes conversations are routed into, such as Support or Billing.
  • List ticketsList help desk tickets (GET /tickets), optionally paged.

Triggers

  • Customer message (webhook)Starts when a customer opens a new Groove ticket or replies on an existing one, delivered by a Groove webhook.
  • Customer messages on ticketsAnswers as an agent in Groove: when a customer opens a ticket or replies on one, the agent replies on that ticket and Groove emails the reply to the customer.
