Google Health is Google's API for the data Fitbit trackers, Pixel Watch and Health Connect record: exercise sessions, sleep, steps, energy burned, heart rate and heart-rate variability.

• List data pointsRead the connected user's raw data points of one data type — individual exercise sessions, sleep sessions, step intervals, heart-rate samples or one-per-day summaries such as daily resting heart rate — newest first.
