Actions
Generic API request. Call any Google Forms API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.
- Batch update formDestructiveApply an arbitrary batch of edits to a form in one atomic call — this is the raw passthrough for the Forms update API, taking the requests array verbatim.
- Create formCreate an empty Google Form owned by the connected account.
- Create itemAdd one question, section break, text block or media item to a form at a chosen position.
- Create watchRegister a Forms push notification for a form.
- Delete itemDestructiveRemove one item from a form.
- Delete watchDestructiveStop a form notification watch and free its event-type slot — the per-form limit is one watch per event type, so an existing watch must be deleted before a differently configured one can be created for the same event.
- Get formRead a form's full definition: info, settings and every item with its itemId and questionId.
- Get responseRead one submission in full by its response id, which you get from listresponses or from a watch notification.
- List responsesList the submissions a form has received, newest page first.
- List watchesList the notification watches this Cloud project holds on a form — at most two, one per event type.
- Move itemDestructiveReorder a form by moving one item to a new position.
- Renew watchExtend a form notification watch by seven days from now and return it to the ACTIVE state.
- Set publish settingsDestructivePublish or unpublish a form and open or close it to new responses.
- Update form infoDestructiveRename a form or change the description shown above its questions.
- Update form settingsDestructiveTurn a form into a quiz (or back) and choose how respondent email addresses are collected.
- Update itemDestructiveChange an existing item in place.
Triggers
- New responseStarts when someone submits a response to the selected Google Form, or edits a response they already submitted.
