Freshsales is the CRM in the Freshworks suite: contacts (people), sales accounts (companies), deals and the notes attached to them.

Generic API request. Call any Freshsales API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Create accountCreate a sales account — Freshsales' term for a company record — so contacts and deals can be attached to it.
  • Create contactCreate a person record in the connected Freshsales CRM.
