Firebase

Firebase is Google's app backend: push notifications (Cloud Messaging), user sign-in (Authentication), a live JSON database (Realtime Database), feature flags (Remote Config) and the project that holds your web, Android and iOS apps.

Authentication

  • Service account (JWT bearer)

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Firebase API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the authentication and the egress route, so only the API, path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Create userCreate a Firebase Authentication account as an admin — for provisioning a user from a signup form, CRM record or invite.
  • Delete userDestructivePermanently delete one Firebase Authentication account by uid — for account-deletion requests and offboarding.
  • Get projectRead the Firebase project this connection is pinned to — its project id, project number, display name and lifecycle state.
  • Get Realtime Database dataRead the data stored at one location of the Firebase Realtime Database — an object, a list, or a single string, number or boolean at a leaf.
  • Get Remote Config templateRead the connection's Firebase Remote Config template — its parameters with default and conditional values, the conditions they refer to, parameter groups and version metadata.
  • List Android appsList the Android apps registered in the connection's Firebase project — each with its Firebase appId, display name, state, package name and signing-certificate fingerprints.
  • List iOS appsList the iOS apps registered in the connection's Firebase project — each with its Firebase appId, display name, state, bundle id and team id.
  • List projectsList the Firebase projects the connected service account can reach.
  • List Remote Config versionsList the published versions of the connection's Remote Config template, newest first — who published each, when, from where and why.
  • List usersList the Firebase Authentication accounts in the connection's project, one page at a time in uid order.
  • List web appsList the web apps registered in the connection's Firebase project — each with its Firebase appId, display name, state, and hosting URLs.
  • Look up usersFetch Firebase Authentication accounts by uid, email address or phone number — any mix of the three lists.
  • Send messageSend one push message through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM HTTP v1) to a single app installation, to every device subscribed to a topic, or to a condition over topics — set exactly one of fid, topic or condition.
  • Set Realtime Database dataDestructiveWrite a value to one location of the Firebase Realtime Database, replacing whatever was there, including every child.
  • Update userDestructiveChange one Firebase Authentication account by uid — disable or re-enable it, correct its profile, mark its email verified, set custom claims, or revoke its sessions by moving validSince forward.
