Document360

Document360 is a hosted knowledge base: articles organised into a category tree, one tree per project version (what Document360 calls a workspace), plus a shared Drive for media.

Generic API request. Call any Document360 API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Get articleRetrieve a single Document360 article by id (GET /Articles/{articleId}).
  • Get categoryRetrieve a single Document360 category by id (GET /Categories/{categoryId}).
  • List categoriesRead the whole category tree of one Document360 project version - the navigation a reader sees in the left sidebar.

  • New or updated categoryStarts when a category in a Document360 project version's navigation tree is created or changed - renamed, reordered, hidden, or moved.
  • New or updated drive folderStarts when a folder in the Document360 Drive (the shared media library) is created or changed - renamed, moved, or reordered.
  • New or updated project versionStarts when a project version (workspace) is created or its settings, languages, or visibility are changed in Document360.
