Dixa
Dixa is a customer-service platform: conversations arrive from email, chat, phone and messaging, and agents work them to a close.

Actions
Generic API request. Call any Dixa API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.
- Add messageAdd a message to a Dixa conversation.
- Get agentFetch one Dixa agent by their UUID, to resolve an agent id into a name and contact details when reporting on conversation ownership.
- Get conversationFetch one Dixa conversation by id to read its state, channel and assignment before acting on it — for example to check whether a ticket is still open.
- List agentsList agents (GET /agents).
- List conversation messagesRead the message thread of one Dixa conversation, in order — what to call to summarise a support ticket or extract the customer's request.
- List conversationsList conversations (GET /conversations).
- List tagsList the tags defined in Dixa — the labels used to categorise conversations — so you can resolve a tag id before applying one or reporting on it.
Triggers
- Customer messagesAnswers as an agent in Dixa: when a customer writes in a conversation, the agent replies in that conversation as the Dixa agent you choose.
- Message added (webhook)Starts when a message is added to a conversation in the connected Dixa organization, delivered by a webhook instead of polling the activity log.
- New conversation activityStarts when a new activity event is recorded on any conversation in the connected Dixa organization, such as a conversation being created, assigned, or closed.
