Generic API request. Call any DevCycle API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• List environmentsList the environments of a DevCycle project (development, staging, production and any custom ones), to resolve the environment key that flag-configuration and SDK-key calls take.
• List featuresList the features defined in a DevCycle project — the feature-flag definitions and experiments it holds — to resolve a feature key before reading or changing its configuration.
• List projectsList the projects in the DevCycle organization — the discovery step for the project key that the feature and environment actions require.
