Generic API request. Call any CoinAPI API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• List assetsList all cryptocurrency and fiat assets known to CoinAPI (GET /assets).
• List exchangesList every exchange CoinAPI covers, so you can resolve the exchangeid that CoinAPI's rate and trade endpoints take.
• List symbolsList symbols (trading pairs / instruments) known to CoinAPI, optionally filtered (GET /symbols).
