Codecov

Codecov collects test-coverage reports from CI and tracks how coverage moves per repository, branch and commit.

Authentication

  • API token

Actions

Generic API request. Call any Codecov API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path and query are yours to fill.

  • Get repositoryFetch one repository's Codecov record to check whether coverage upload is active and which branch is its default.
  • Get repository coverage totalsRead the current aggregate coverage for a repository — the number to gate a release on or report in a build summary.
  • List branchesList the branches Codecov knows about for a repository, with when each was last updated, so you can pick one to pull coverage for.
  • List commitsList the commits Codecov has processed for a repository, to find the commit id (SHA) whose coverage report you want.
  • List repositoriesList the repositories an owner — an organization or a user — has on Codecov, to discover repository names before pulling coverage for one.

Triggers

  • New commitStarts when a new commit is pushed to the watched Codecov repository.
