Cloudbeds

Cloudbeds is a property-management system for hotels and short-stay properties — it holds the properties, the reservations booked against them and the guests on those stays.

Generic API request. Call any Cloudbeds API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Get guest listList the guests recorded against one Cloudbeds property, to look up a guest id or contact details for a stay.
  • Get hotelsList the hotels (properties) accessible to the connected Cloudbeds account (GET /getHotels).
  • Get reservationsList reservations for a Cloudbeds property (GET /getReservations).

Triggers

  • New or updated reservationStarts when a reservation is booked or changes in the connected Cloudbeds property, such as a status change, check-in, or check-out.
  • Reservation created (webhook)Starts immediately when a new reservation is booked in the connected Cloudbeds property, delivered in real time via a Cloudbeds webhook instead of polling.
