CircleCI

CircleCI runs your CI/CD pipelines.

Authentication

  • API key

Actions

Generic API request. Call any CircleCI API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

  • Get current userRetrieve the authenticated CircleCI user (GET /me).
  • Get pipelineFetch one CircleCI pipeline by UUID to see how it was triggered and what state it is in.
  • Get pipeline workflowsList the workflows a CircleCI pipeline spawned, with their status — the usual way to find out whether a triggered build passed.
  • Get workflowFetch one CircleCI workflow by UUID to read its status, timing and the pipeline it belongs to.
  • List pipelinesList pipelines for a project (GET /project/{project-slug}/pipeline), optionally filtered by branch and paginated.
  • Trigger pipelineDestructiveStart a new CircleCI pipeline for a project — how a workflow kicks off CI.

Triggers

  • New pipelineStarts when a new pipeline is triggered for the configured CircleCI project.
