Generic API request. Call any ButterCMS API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path and query are yours to fill.
- List authorsList the blog authors defined in the connected ButterCMS account, each with the slug that posts reference them by, plus name and email.
- List categoriesList the blog categories defined in the connected ButterCMS account — the taxonomy posts are filed under.
- List postsList published blog posts from ButterCMS (GET /posts).
- List tagsList the blog tags defined in the connected ButterCMS account — the free-form labels applied to posts, as distinct from categories.
Triggers
- New or updated postStarts when a blog post is published or updated in ButterCMS.
- Post published (webhook)Starts immediately when ButterCMS delivers a post.published webhook event, instead of waiting for the next poll of the posts collection.
