Acuity Scheduling

Acuity Scheduling (sold through Squarespace as Squarespace Scheduling) is appointment booking: calendars, appointment types, the clients who book them and the bookings themselves.

Generic API request. Call any Acuity Scheduling API endpoint on this connection, for the case where no shipped action covers it yet. The connection supplies the base URL, the authentication and the egress route, so only the path, query and body are yours to fill.

• Get account profileRetrieve the authenticated Acuity account profile (GET /me).
• Get appointmentRetrieve one Acuity booking by its appointment id — the client's first/last name and email plus the scheduled datetime.
• Get availability datesList available dates for an appointment type in a given month (GET /availability/dates).
• List appointment typesList the appointment types configured on the account (GET /appointment-types).
• List appointmentsList scheduled appointments, optionally filtered by date range, calendar, or cancellation status (GET /appointments).
• List calendarsList the calendars configured on the account (GET /calendars).
• List clientsList clients, optionally filtered by a search term matching name, phone, or email (GET /clients).

Triggers

• Appointment canceledStarts the moment an appointment is canceled on the connected Acuity Scheduling calendar, pushed by Acuity's webhook instead of waiting for the next poll.
• Appointment scheduledStarts the moment a client books a new appointment on the connected Acuity Scheduling calendar, pushed by Acuity's webhook instead of waiting for the next poll.
• New appointmentStarts when a new appointment is scheduled on the connected Acuity Scheduling calendar.
